Refund/Exchange And COD Policy

At SelfCare India, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This policy outlines the procedures for handling customer complaints, refunds and returns at SelfCare India. It aims to ensure a fair and transparent process for addressing customer concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Eligibility: Refunds are considered for products that are defective & damaged (e.g., crushed packaging, visible impact damage).

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all original bills and packaging intact.
  • Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Step to process Refund / Exchange:

Complaint Submission:

  • Customers must submit complaints via the following email:

Complaint Information:

When submitting a complaint, customers should provide detailed information, including:

  • Order ID/Invoice Number
  • Contact Information (Name, Contact number, Address)
  • Detailed description of the complaint
  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos).

Response Time:

SelfCare India will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and provide a response within 3-4 business days.

Resolution:

SelfCare India will investigate the complaint and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing:

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation Process:

Confirmation Call:

A customer service executive will contact customers to confirm COD orders.
Attempts to contact the customer will be made for 6 consecutive days.

OTP Security:

SelfCare India representatives will never request One-Time Passwords (OTPs). Customers are advised not to share OTPs with anyone.

Order Confirmation:

Customers must confirm their order during the confirmation call.
Failure to confirm the order will result in cancellation.

Order Cancellation:

If order confirmation is not received within 6 days, the order will be canceled.
Canceled orders will not be eligible for refund or shipment. A new order must be placed.

Refusal of Service:

SelfCare India reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly fail to confirm COD orders or violate this policy.
