Ingredients
- 1 cup moong dal (soak for 2-3hrs)
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables(0nion, tomato, bell peppers, lettuce), chopped finely
- 2 green chillies, halved
- 1 tbsp coriander, chopped finely
- ยผ tsp soda bi carb
- 1โ piece ginger
- Salt to taste
- Oil to brush the waffle maker plates
- Drain the water from dal. Add the dal to the mixer along with green chillies, salt and ginger and grind to make the batter.
- Add coriander to the batter.
- Preheat the waffle maker. Brush oil on the waffle plates.
- Add ยผth tsp of soda bi carb to the batter, stir gently. Pour โ rd portion of the batter in the waffle maker.
- Wait for 3-4 minutes till the light of the waffle maker goes off.
- Keep it for long if you want a crispy waffle.
- Divide the mixed vegetables into 3 equal portions. Garnish with one portion of mixed vegetables.
- Repeat to make the remaining waffles.
