Ingredients:
- ½ cup Blueberries (or any berries of your choice)
- ½ cup beetroot, peeled and chopped
- ½ medium apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 scoop of Non-flavoured Everpure Collagen powder
- ¼ tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Few cubes of ice
- Blend all the above ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into a glass and top with ice cubes.
