Ingredients:
  • 1 SelfCares’ Gluten Free Jowar Khakra
  • 1½tbsp sweetened yoghurt
  • 1/3rd cup boiled potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sprouts
  • 2tsp tamarind/dates chutney
  • A pinch of jeera powder
  • A pinch of red chilli powder
  • Fresh coriander to garnish
Method:
  1. Apply a generous layer of sweetened yoghurt onto the khakra
  2. Top it with potatoes & sprouts
  3. Drizzle the tamarind/dates chutney
  4. Sprinkle the jeera powder and red chilli powder
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander
  6. Serve immediately
