Ingredients:
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 scoop of non-flavoured Everpure Collagen powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
- Pepper and black salt to taste
- 1 tsp coriander, finely chopped, for garnishing
- Blend all the above ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with coriander.
