Ingredients:
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 scoop of non-flavoured Everpure Collagen powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • Pepper and black salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander, finely chopped, for garnishing
Method:
  1. Blend all the above ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with coriander.
